resssst day, well kinda.

Protein shake for breakfast this AM.... Damn you SFH protein, you taste like DRAIN-O.

Tonight was a rest night, but I decided to come in and work on some goats.
Took my time and worked up to a heavy 1RM squat clean thruster, got 215. failed at 225.

Then played around with free standing HSPUs... tonight I couldnt even get 2 in a row... so much for PRing that!

And then I tried some max distance hand stand walks... PR @47' !

now, if I could get this friggen iPhone iOS5 Update to work... id sleep well..
