Full Clean/Jerk: 1x195 / 2x2 @ 165#
Front Squat: 1x225 / 1x2 @ 210#
Post WOD shake / steak tips + corn/cauliflower for dinner.
Now maggie is heating up apple crisp.... bad things are about to happen.
