Today is day 1 of the Bulgarian strength circuit.
for the first cycle i'm replacing snatch with OHS...
DAY1:
OHS:
5 sets of 1 rep @165#
3 sets of 2 reps @140#
2 sets of 3 reps @135#
Full Squat Clean / Jerk:
5 sets of 1 rep @ 200#
2 sets of 3 reps @165#
Front Squat:
2 sets of 1 rep @220#
2 sets of 2 reps @210#
Was a lot of volume.. and took a long time. All in all it went well. In the future id like to split these strength sessions to the AM and Metcon in the evening...if I can find some more time in the days.
Dinner: Clams / Haddock / Sweet potato fries.
..Hopefully a beer as well... :)
