Today is a REST DAY!
The previous 2 days = 175 reps of 95# squat cleans + thrusters.
Coe: 15:30
Today I ate like shit. No breakfast. Subway for lunch (3pm) Some thai at around 5, and 4 cookies + a beer.
So sore from the previous days took a 15m ice bath.
