So I guess 5 years is long enough of a run without getting sick... so I was due... and it wasted me, for over a week.
Now that i'm on the upswing, its time to get back into training.
AM Session: So weak. So, so so weak. Worked up to Backsquat 235x5, and it was heavy.
Benchpress worked to 225x5/4/3/2/1.
PM Session:
WOD: “Mudslinger”
9 KB Swings (70/53lbs)
12 HR Push-ups
15 Ab Mat Sit-ups
12 HR Push-ups
15 Ab Mat Sit-ups
15min AMRAP
10 rounds + 16 reps rxd. Blah.
All KBS/Sit Ups were un broken... but that damn AM bench session sure snuck up on me in a bad way! :)
Really looking forward to hitting the training hard for the next couple months.
Breakfast: Muscle Milk
Lunch: Chicken Basil (thai)
Dinner: Baked Haddock
